JT West Coast Gutter & Roofing is a locally owned and family-operated gutter and sheet metal contractor based in North Plains, Oregon. We
proudly serve homeowners across Hillsboro, Portland, and the surrounding metro areas with professional gutter installation, repair, and roofing services.
Our story began in 1992 when Jason started working for his brother-in-law, installing gutters throughout the Portland area. After years of hands-on experience, he purchased the company in 2009 with a vision to provide honest, high-quality service to local homeowners.
We’re more than just a business — we’re part of the community. Our family lives in the Hillsboro area, where we went to high school, raised our kids, and built lasting relationships. We love this place and the people in it, and it’s our privilege to serve our neighbors with craftsmanship and care.
Today, JT West Coast Gutter & Roofing is truly a family effort. Jason leads our field team, while his wife Carrie manages the office. Their two sons are active in the shop and on job sites installing custom gutter solutions and interacting directly with customers. Their daughter, who once worked in the office, now works as a local real estate broker at LivPortland.

Our Team
We have a fantastic team of professional, courteous estimators, foreman, installers and office staff who provide expert installation and excellent customer service. There are no high pressured sales tactics used. Just honest, hard working people providing quality gutter and roofing solutions to homeowners in Washington County and the Portland Metro area.
Giving Back
JT West Coast Gutter & Roofing is involved in the community and sponsors several local school and sports organizations. We strongly believe in giving back to the community where we’ve raised our kids, where we’ve grown up and where many of our customers live and work. We volunteer our time and rescources to many local organizations that support the youth in our community including high school sports, safe and sober grad night parties and youth sports.
The installation team at JT West Coast did an outstanding job on our gutter replacement. We can’t stop looking at them!!
Clayton and his team did an amazing job installing our new gutters. This was a pretty big job with two buildings and lots of downspouts leading to our rainwater collection system. Some of our facia board had rotted and had to be replaced as well. They arrived on time, worked hard, communicated well, wrapped up every detail, and made sure my decks were cleaned of debris. Our new gutters look fantastic. Many thanks to JT West Coast Gutter, to Clayton, and to his crew.
