Gutter Repair & Cleaning
JT West Coast Gutter is a full service gutter contractor. Our gutter services in Hillsboro and the Portland metro area include repair, cleaning, resealing and resloping existing gutter. Just because your gutters are leaking, overflowing or loose, doesn’t mean they need to be replaced. Our estimator will assess the current state of your gutters and provide recommendations. Often times it’s as simple as unclogging a downspout and resloping the gutter to allow for proper drainage.
To keep your gutter system in proper working order, we recommend cleaning gutters twice each year – once in the spring and once in the fall, and especially if your home is surrounded by a lot of trees. When gutters become full of leaves and debris they can clog downspouts, causing water to back-up into the gutter system and then overflow onto your driveway or yard.
In addition, water pooling at or near the foundation can cause serious cracking, basement and crawl space flooding, as well as mold problems. Keeping gutters clean and clear allows water to flow to the downspout and then down to ground level and away from your home.
Loose end caps, clogged gutters or downspouts, warped or sagging gutters and holes or damage to gutters are a few of the many reasons why gutters start to leak.
Sometimes a gutter issue extends beyond a simple repair or cleaning. How to tell if you gutters need repair or replacement.

Gutter Styles
Not all gutters are the same. We offer a few different styles and materials to fit your home, budget, and curb appeal.
- K-Style Gutters
These are the most popular gutters in the Northwest. K-style gutters have a flat back and a decorative front that looks like crown molding. They hold more water than rounded gutters and are great for heavy rain. - Fascia Gutters
Fascia gutters are built into the edge of the roof and double as fascia boards. They give a smooth, modern look and work well on homes without existing fascia trim.
Gutter Colors
When it comes to curb appeal and protecting your home from the elements, choosing the right gutter color is essential. The color you choose can make a big difference in how your home looks—and we’re here to help you get it just right!
We offer a wide range of gutter colors to match your roof, trim, or siding. Whether you want your gutters to blend in or stand out, we’ve got an option that works for your style and budget. While white is our most popular color, we have dozens of modern and traditional shades to choose from. Our custom color gutters come with a durable, baked-on enamel that resists peeling, cracking and fading.

Gutter Materials
- Aluminum Gutters
Lightweight, rust-resistant, and affordable. Aluminum is the most common gutter material and works well in all weather. It’s also easy to paint and comes in many colors. - Steel Gutters
Strong and durable. Steel gutters hold up well to ladders, snow, and heavy rain. They cost more than aluminum and can rust if not properly maintained. - Copper Gutters
Beautiful and built to last. Copper gutters develop a natural patina over time and are often used on high-end or historic homes. They’re the most expensive option, but also the longest-lasting.
