Gutter Run Out

From initial estimate to final installation, we break down the process so you know what to expect when getting gutters installed on your home.

Initial Contact
The process begins when a potential customer contacts JT West Coast Gutter & Roofing for a gutter or roof installation request. This can happen through various channels, such as a phone call, website inquiry, or email.

Scheduling an Estimate
Once the initial contact is made, our team schedules a time to visit the customer’s property to assess their gutter installation needs. We try to be flexible with scheduling to accommodate the customer’s availability.

On-site Estimate
Our estimator will visit the customer’s property to take a look at their gutter needs. During this visit, we will take measurements, assess the existing gutter system (if any), and discuss the customer’s material and color preferences.

Estimate Presentation
Based on the on-site assessment, we prepare a detailed estimate for the gutter project. This estimate includes the cost of materials, labor, and any additional services the customer may require. We will generally email the estimate to the customer the next day. We will then follow-up and see if the customer has any questions or concerns.

Agreement and Contract
If the customer is satisfied with the estimate, we will finalize everything and sign the contract. The contract outlines the project details, timeline, costs, warranties, and any other relevant terms and conditions.

Material Selection
After the contract is signed, our team assists the customer in selecting the appropriate gutter materials and finishes that best match their property’s architecture and preferences.

Preparing the Installation Team
Once the materials are procured and the project start date is finalized, we prepare the installation team with all the necessary details about the job, ensuring they have the required equipment and tools.

Installation Day
On the day of installation, our crew arrives at the customer’s property with all the materials and equipment. They follow safety protocols and start the installation process.

Removing Old Gutters (if applicable): If the property has an existing gutter system that needs replacement, our team will remove the old gutters and properly dispose of them.

Gutter Installation
The crew will bring a gutter machine and run-out the gutter on-site in long sections. They will attach the gutter to the house with hidden hangers.

Downspouts
Downspouts will be installed at the ends of the gutters. Our team will ensure that the water flows away from the property to prevent any potential water damage.

Quality Assurance
Throughout the installation process, our team conducts quality checks to ensure that the gutters are correctly installed and meet our high standards.

Post-Installation Cleanup
Once the gutter installation is complete, our team cleans up the work area, removing any debris or materials related to the installation.

Final Inspection
The crew will do a final inspection with the customer to confirm that the installation meets the customer’s expectations.

Customer Satisfaction
We take customer satisfaction seriously. After the installation is finished, we follow up with the customer to ensure they are pleased with the results. If any issues arise, we promptly address them to ensure complete satisfaction.

Warranties and Maintenance
We provide the customer with information regarding product warranties and maintenance recommendations to help prolong the life and of their new gutter system.

The process outlined above ensures that JT West Coast Gutter & Roofing delivers a professional and reliable gutter installation service to our customers, maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
